What are your hours?

Our Old City nail care practice is open every day from 10am to 6pm by-appointment-only.

Do you take walk-ins?

No, our Philadelphia nail care practice is by-appointment-only. If you’re interested in becoming a client at Atelier Anaiis, you may begin by completing our intake form.

How do I make an appointment?

To begin care with Atelier Anaiis, please visit the Appointments page and fill out our intake form.

How long can I expect an appointment to take?

Appointment durations at our Old City nail care practice vary depending on the condition of the nails and surrounding skin, the amount of restorative work needed, and the level of structural support required.

Most appointments are at least 90 minutes, allowing the time needed for detailed restorative care performed entirely by hand.

Nail health and structure always come first, especially for clients dealing with nail damage, nail biting, nail picking, or weakened nails.

How are products soaked off?

At Atelier Anaiis, we do not soak off products from other nail salons. We never use e-files, with a singular focus on nail health for our clients.

Products are soaked off using hand picked non-invasive products and nail shaping is done using hand files. To learn more about why we never use e-files, visit our blog post, Nail Health and How to Heal Nails.

What kind of products do you use?

Atelier Anaiis uses professional gel products selected to support long-term natural nail health, structure, and protection.

We specialize in protective gel care designed to help shield the natural nails from everyday stress while supporting strength and stability over time.

Our restorative approach avoids aggressive techniques, never uses E-files, and prioritizes gentle product removal.

We do not carry acrylic, dip, or regular polish.

Am I a good candidate for Nail Art?

Nail art may be appropriate depending on the condition of the natural nails and surrounding skin.

At Atelier Anaiis, nail health and structure always come first. Clients dealing with nail damage, nail biting, nail picking, weakened nails, or compromised skin often require restorative care and structural support before nail art is recommended.

Our approach is centered on long-term nail health and protection, with aesthetic details added thoughtfully once a strong foundation has been established.

Do you provide pedicure services?

Atelier Anaiis is a guided nail care practice for the hands only, and we do not provide pedicure services.

As a prospective client, what etiquette is expected of me?

Atelier Anaiis is a guided nail care practice centered on long-term nail health, restoration, and structural support.

Services are recommended based on the condition of the natural nails and surrounding skin rather than selected from a traditional salon-style menu. This allows us to provide the level of restorative care and protection each client uniquely needs.

The best results are achieved when clients are open to a long-term, collaborative approach focused on nail health first.

What are the consequences of lateness or not showing up to an appointment?

We maintain a grace-period of fifteen minutes for lateness, after which the appointment is considered a no-show. Atelier Anaiis’ cancellation policy is 48 hours—both no-shows and cancellations less than 48 hours before your appointment will result in the full service price being charged to the card on file.

Please note that any amount of lateness will cause a chain reaction to our schedule, and can lead to discussions regarding changes to the original service so that we are not late for our next client.
